Class Description

Jason's contemporary dance technique is derived from his philosophy working with contemporary and modern dance companies across the US and abroad. His class focuses on articulation of the spine, body alignment, coordination, responsiveness and the importance of gravity as the dancers' ally. All throughout the class the dancers will learn to pace themselves by understanding proper breath control while executing full-body movements across the floor. Jason's technique is designed to help and motivate dancers reach their full potential as a strong versatile performer.
